- APPROACHAble – Do you project a genuinely welcoming atmosphere?
- CAPAble – Are you knowledgeable and current in your area? Can you get the job done?
- VISIble – Is your presence felt all over the campus?
- HUMble – Are you quick to praise and slow to accept it?
