Does your workplace value joy and fulfillment? How do you measure whether or not joy and fulfillment are actually happening? One way is to pay attention to the following when walking around and engaging with your team:

1. Are people smiling?

2. Do you hear people laughing?

3. Are people talking about the future optimistically?

4. Do people talk about solutions more than announcing problems?

5. Are people willing to help others more than hide in their silos?
