Working harder does not guarantee better output. It could lead to more output, but not necessarily better.

Better requires focus, energy, insight, data, feedback, and appropriate resources.

You can hit nails with a rubber mallet harder, but you are unlikely to build a house faster or better without a proper hammer.

Make sure you have the right tools and the energy to use them.
