The Leader's Path To Wisdom

First, we learn the facts, the basics, the information from which we can deepen our understanding, synthesize, interpret, and create.

Then, we build a body of knowledge. We discover how things work, the laws of physics, and the nature of being human. We apply the foundations to solve problems and address circumstances.

Finally, we discover wisdom. Through experience, trial, error, and success, we learn to apply the knowledge we have created in a timely and useful manner.

Knowing you have options is having information.

Choosing options, taking action, and sharing the results is creating knowledge.

Learning which options, decisions, actions are best used to achieve goals, minimize pain, and maximize happiness is practicing wisdom.
